Need help meeting a New Year's resolution?  Join a level 1 Yogadevotion class.  This 8-week session meets for an hour on Thrusdays. 

All classes except January 26 will meet at

Faithful Shepherd School

Class Structure

Yogadevotion uses Hatha yoga poses in a viniyasa form. The class begins with 10 minutes of breath work. We then move into the body of the class using the yoga poses to strengthen and lengthen our bodies, also increasing our flexibility. We can also improve our range of motion and balance. We close the class in a restorative pose and during that time the instructor will read a devotion. The class lasts about an hour.

What to Wear - What to Bring

We encourage participants to wear loose fitting, layered clothes. Oversized clothing, like sweat shirts, can be great at the end of the class but cumbersome during the body of the class. You should have a yoga mat (about $20.00 at local stores) and water.
