There will be a variety of classes, as well as a clinic where we will spend time breaking down some of our favorite poses. There will be time to work, time to play, time to breathe, and time to laugh! Our goal is to make this weekend an individual experience for each of you. We will try and provide you with everything you will need to return home with a new sense of stillness and balance...body, mind and spirit. The Mount Carmel Retreat Center is a beautiful property located on Lake Carlos. Our yoga room overlooks the lake and provides a peaceful atmosphere. Our rooms can accommodate 2 - 5 guests. All rooms have private baths. The main lodge has a large stone fireplace, a quiet reading room and a dining area. The lower level has a large sauna and additional showers. "I have attended the Yoga Devotion retreats spring and fall for a few years now. I look forward to each one for many reasons. I enjoy the yoga because I can practice at my own level or challenge myself. I can choose to have a massage or reflexology and there is free time to socialize, read, relax, hike or shop. For me, it is time to get away from my daily responsibilities and replenish myself." Kay All meals are included and are prepared by a professional chef. Chef Roger has impressed us every year with his wonderful recipes. The prices listed include accomodations, meals, wine and appetizer welcome party, and all classes. Additional costs apply to massages, reflexology and crafts. Massage therapy and reflexology will be available Friday evening and all day Saturday. We offer craft time on Saturday evening for all who are interested.
